In this laboratory all type of matrices are analyzed, determining parameters that affect its quality and nutritional value.
Likewise, in the environmental field, analysis of interest are carried out in waters (consumer, residual, continental and marine), soils and sludge.
In the Physiochemical laboratory the extraction processes are also carried out, which will later be analyzed in the different areas of instrumental analysis.
